Their 3 younger children were in the household: Charles age 18, Evelyn age 17 and Thomas age 13.6 Guy Albertson of Hebron Indiana was listed as a surviving child in the obituary of Jesse Christopher Albertson on 8 January 1940.7 Guy became a widower at his wife's death in May 1944.8
     Guy died on 13 April 1953 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana, at age 73.9 He was buried at Hebron Cemetery, Hebron, Porter County, Indiana.10
     An obituary for Guy Albertson was published in The Vidette Messenger, Valparaiso, Indiana on 23 April 1953. It read:
Hold Final Services for Guy Albertson. HEBRON, April 23--Memorial Services for Guy Albertson former Hebron resident who died earlier this month in his Indianapolis home, where [sic] held recently in the Hebron Methodist church. The Rev. W. Ray Kuhn officiated, and Mrs. Floe Nichols was organist. Pallbearers were Glen Norton, Franklin Petry, Leland Buchanan, Maurice Wilson and Monte Morrow. Burial was in Hebron cemetery.10

He was born Sept. 4, 1881, in Bangor, Ia., a son of Jesse Albertson and Susan Elizabeth (Harvey) Albertson. He was married June 18, 1924, to Alta L. Parks. He had been employed as a clerk by the Johnson Seed store, Hebron, for the past 20 years. Surviving are the widow: eight children, Mrs. Marguerite Sarks of Elkhorn, Wis., Mrs. Louise Claussen of Hebron, Leland Albertson of Hebron, Mrs. Irene Stalbaum of Valparaiso, Neil Albertson of Elkhorn, and Linda, Ivan and Carl Albertson, at home; eight grandchildren; one brother, Claude Albertson of Indianapolis; three sisters, Mrs. Sebbie Wayne of Indianapolis, Mrs. Gertrude Herron of Boone Grove, and Mrs. Esther Rice of Bremerton, Wash. Three sons, a brother a sister and his parents preceded him in death. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias in Hebron and Loyal Order of Moose, Valparaiso. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Phillips Funeral home, Hebron, with the Rev. W. Ray Kuhn of Hebron Methodist church officiating. Burial will be at Hebron cemetery. Friends may call from 7 p.m. Friday until time of services Sunday. Moose rites will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.8

     Sabina Albertson was born on 13 August 1887 in Kansas.1 She was the daughter of Jesse Christopher Albertson and Susan Harvey.1
     In Indianapolis, Center Township, Marion County, Indiana, she appeared on the 1900 U.S. census taken on 4 June 1900 in the household of her parents Jesse and Susan Albertson. She was shown as Sabina Albertson, age 12, born Aug 1887 in Kansas, with her occupation shown as at school.2
     She married Earl J. McCoy in Marion County, Indiana, on 25 December 1905.3
     Sabina and Earl appeared on the 1910 U.S. census taken on 21 April 1910 at 1118 Keystone Ave in Indianpolis, Center Township, Marion County, Indiana. He was enumerated as Earl McCoy, brother-in-law, age 26, born in Indiana, married for 4 years, occupation house carpenter. She was listed as Sabina McCoy, sister-in-law, age 23, born in Kansas, mother of 2 children, both living. Their children Melvin and Lawson were living with them. Their family was in the same dwelling as Sabina's sister Elizabeth Draper and her husband James.4 Sabina McCoy and Earl J. McCoy were divorced about 1918 in Marion County, Indiana.5
     On 9 January 1920 Sabina appeared on the 1920 U.S. census taken at 528 Highland Ave in Indianpolis, Center Township, Marion County, Indiana. She was listed as Sabina M. McCoy, age 33, born in Kansas, renting, divorced, occupation dressmaker at home. Her four children were living with her, Melvin age 13, Lawson age 11 . Geraldine age 8, and Elizabeth age 4. Lawson was shown as a newsboy on the street..5
     She married Warren Wayne in Marion County, Indiana, on 3 September 1922.6 Sabina Wayne of Indianapolis, Indiana was listed as a surviving child in the obituary of Jesse Christopher Albertson on 8 January 1940.7
     Sabina died in January 1983 in Tulsa, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, at age 95.8
