She was listed as Nancy Jane Brown, which was apparently in error as Nancy was the first name of Isaac's first wife. She was shown as 36 years old, born in Indiana, also in error, and her occupation was keeping house.³

     Bateman Thackery was born on 1 September 1829 in Ripley County, Indiana.¹
     He married Minerva Jane Main in Laughery Township, Ripley County, Indiana, on 16 December 1850.¹
